At OEA PARIS, we ship worldwide from two fulfillment centers to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new collection launches), processing times may extend by 1-2 additional business days. We will communicate any significant delays via email.


2. SHIPPING ORIGINS

To ensure fast delivery and optimal customs handling, OEA PARIS ships from two strategic locations:

  • Paris, France — for European Union, United Kingdom, Middle East & North Africa, Canada, Switzerland, and Norway
  • Seoul, South Korea — for United States, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, and South Korea

The shipping origin is determined automatically based on your delivery address. You will see the appropriate carrier and delivery estimate at checkout.


3. DELIVERY TIMES & CARRIERS

3.1 From Paris, France

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method
  • Total order value

You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase. We use real-time rates from our shipping partner (Easyship) to ensure transparent and competitive pricing.


5. DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS

5.1 DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Markets

For the following markets, all import duties and taxes are included in your order total. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery:

  • United States
  • Other Worldwide (where DDP is available)

5.2 Korea-US Free Trade Agreement (KORUS FTA)

Orders shipped from our Seoul fulfillment center to the United States benefit from the Korea-US Free Trade Agreement (KORUS FTA). This provides preferential tariff treatment (0% tariff) for qualifying products of Korean origin, ensuring competitive pricing without compromising on quality.

5.3 European Union

EU customers pay VAT inclusive prices. No additional customs duties apply for intra-EU shipments.

5.4 Non-DDP Destinations

For destinations not covered by DDP, the recipient is responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order.

5.5 Customs Delays

Customs processing may occasionally cause delays beyond our control. OEA PARIS provides all required documentation (commercial invoices, certificates of origin where applicable) to facilitate smooth customs clearance.


6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email containing:

  • Carrier name
  • Tracking number
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Direct tracking link

You can track your order at any time using the tracking link, or by contacting info@oeaparis.com with your order number.


7. DELIVERY ISSUES

7.1 Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package.

7.2 Failed Delivery Attempts

If you are not available to receive your package:

  • The carrier will typically attempt redelivery or leave a notice with pickup instructions
  • Packages may be redirected to a nearby pickup point or held at the carrier's facility
  • If the package is unclaimed and returned to OEA PARIS, the customer will be refunded the product price minus shipping costs

7.3 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact info@oeaparis.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  • For damaged packages, include photos of the packaging and items
  • We will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate

7.4 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and damage transfers to the customer upon delivery. We strongly recommend verifying the package condition at delivery and noting any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt.


8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOTES

8.1 Address Format

Please provide your address in the format used by your country's postal service. For some countries (especially East Asia), include both English and local script if possible.

8.2 Phone Number Required

International shipments require a valid phone number for carrier contact in case of delivery issues or customs questions. Please ensure the phone number you provide is accessible.

8.3 PO Boxes

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

8.4 Restricted Countries

OEA PARIS does not ship to certain countries due to legal, logistical, or trade restrictions. If your country is not available at checkout, we apologize for the inconvenience.


9. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to modify or cancel your order:

  • Contact info@oeaparis.com as soon as possible
  • Changes are possible only if your order has not yet been processed for shipping
  • Once shipped, modifications are not possible; you may follow our standard return procedure after delivery


10. HOLIDAY & PEAK SEASON SHIPPING

During major holiday periods (Christmas, Lunar New Year, summer sales), please anticipate:

  • Extended processing times (2-3 additional business days)
  • Carrier delays due to high shipment volumes
  • Adjusted last-order dates for guaranteed pre-holiday delivery (announced via email and on the Website)
